Kids (5-12 years old)

The Kids Mental Health Toolkit is an engaging 8-week educational program designed to help children ages 5-12 build emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy coping skills through creative and interactive activities. Each week focuses on a specific mental health concept, such as identifying emotions, managing stress, practicing gratitude, building confidence, and fostering positive relationships, while teaching age-appropriate lessons on emotional and social well-being. Through a combination of art projects, music, storytelling, and hands-on exercises, children gain a deeper understanding of mental health while learning practical tools to express themselves and navigate big feelings.
